Justice Mike Wheat has served on the Montana Supreme Court for over four years.

Mike is a decorated veteran with over 30 years of legal experience. He started his career as a prosecutor in Butte-Silver Bow and then opened a Bozeman office representing Montana families and small businesses.

Wheat knows that predatory payday lenders target the elderly and military families, and as a justice he upheld the voter-approved initiative that cracked down on predatory lenders.

As a Montana hunter and fisherman, Wheat understands and lives ourMontana values and will protect all our rights. Just as he upheld our rights in writing the supreme court opinion guaranteeing our access to Montana’s rivers and streams, Wheat will protect our 2nd Amendment rights and our right to privacy.

Wheat knows corporations have enough power and influence and as a justice he upheld the voter-approved initiative that said corporations are not people.
