THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA​
We the people of Montana grateful to God for the quiet beauty of our state, the grandeur of our mountains, the vastness of our rolling plains, and desiring to improve the quality of life, equality of opportunity and to secure the blessings of liberty for this and future generations do ordain and establish this constitution.

Montanans for Liberty and Justice is a Montana political committee for women, workers, teachers, conservationists, lawyers, ranchers, human rights advocates, hunters and anglers, and all other Montanans who are supporters of our Montana and U.S. constitutional rights and are interested in judicial elections to assure that Montana's elected judges are qualified, experienced, fair and impartial, and nonpartisan. We advocate to protect our constitutional rights from being limited or abrogated by the legislature.
